We offer a handful of services to our new guests to simplify it for you and make sure our team has plenty of time to give you a thorough consultation and the services requested are booked correctly. (Rushing isn’t our thing!)

Wondering why we have you fill out a form before booking?


There are a few questions we want to know ahead of time to know your hair a little bit better, make sure we have enough time, and see your inspo pics to start creating a game plan.  This step is super important to us, and only takes a few minutes to do!  


We also ask that you put a credit card on file - this is to protect our stylist’s time.  We aren’t charging anything to it until the time of service, and even then you can opt to use a different payment method.  Our CANCELLATION and NO SHOW policies are laid out on the form and below to make sure we are all on the same page.  All of our time is valuable, yours and ours.  


Once you submit your form and the appointment, a request will be sent to the stylist to confirm.  This gives us the opportunity to look at your form, the services requested, and make sure we have enough time to give you the killer service we brag about!  Every color and cut is customized and tailored for you, and notes are recorded for all future purposes.  Be prepared for a killer shampoo experience complete with a comfortable chair (one of our claims to fame!), a relaxing scalp and hand massage, and hot towels. And we don’t let anyone leave with wet hair, your stylist will complete your look with a blow dry and style, and show you all the tips, tricks and products you may need to recreate at home.


**Due to a high volume of existing guests needing evening and Saturday appointments, we can no longer accommodate new guests during those times, and if requested, the stylist will send a reschedule option during daytime hours (8 am - 4 pm Tuesday - Friday.)

LATE POLICY: We do our best to schedule the proper amount of time for each guest.  If there is a one-time late incident, we will do our best to accommodate the time left.  If it is a recurring issue, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule and charge a $50 service fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or any modifications/change of your scheduled services.  If we do not receive a notice in advance, you will be charged a service fee of your services booked.  We understand things come up last minute, so if we are able to fill your appointment, the fee will be waived.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you no call, no show your appointment, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked.

Your credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment, and no charges will occur until the time of your appointment.  (Guests may choose to pay cash or use a different card at the point of check out.)
