We are so excited you're here! Luxe Beauty Bar has our heart and soul in it, and we worked ridiculously hard to make it a reality!
We are Annie and Ashley, owners and stylists at Luxe Beauty Bar. Our dream for LBB is to be the environment you can walk into and instantly feel welcome and confident knowing we will help you achieve your perfect hair. We want you to sit in any one of our chairs and trust us to give you hair worthy of Pinterest.
We believe 110% in education! We have invested thousands in our own education with no intention to stop. Between the two of us, we have studied under some of the biggest names in the industry such as Britt Seva, Gina Bianca, Dawn Bradley, Jamie Sea and Michelle Senor. We both are Mastermind Certified, and members of Thrivers Society. The best part is that we can share what we already know to the stylists that join our team, and provide them with an amazing education above and beyond what they find elsewhere.
Are you wondering how we joined forces to open Luxe Beauty Bar? After working together at our first salon, we instantly became friends (actually, we are often confused as sisters). We both became independent stylists next door to each other for the last 5 years. We both knew we wanted to own a salon, and we know that we had so much to give to other stylists with our passion and knowledge. We found we work better together. Our strength and weaknesses mesh so well, it's actually a little freaky. And along came LBB..
We can't wait for you to step inside our salon, our little beauty haven. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a luxurious head massage, and the pampering you need, while we give you amazing hair!

ANNIE
Hey ladies! I am so excited to welcome you into our home away from home, Luxe Beauty Bar. Wow, it’s been a great 2 years! Ashley and I are dedicated to inspiring and helping stylists grow, along with always upgrading our guest experience.
The team we have built is a literal dream and I am honored to be one of their leaders. Every girl truly brings a unique trait and skill into the salon making us such a tight knit family. With 2 years of ups and downs I’ve learned that my newest and ongoing goal will be to always help them grow professionally, personally and financially. I strive to be supportive and open to new ideas every stylist brings to the table. They are so deserving of their hard work and I truly believe Luxe is the place to thrive. Small towns are where my heart is but I love bringing a “boujee-big-city” salon feel to downtown Manitowoc. That is why another one of my goals is specializing in hand-tied extensions. Over the past 2 years I’ve excelled in my education with HBR and in year 3 I’m so excited to become IBE certified!
When I’m not at the salon you can catch me designing our barndomium on our 5 acre lot. Of course, there’s a pond for our 3 year old yellow lab Boss, we can’t keep him out of it! Along with owning a salon, I’ve always dreamt of building a house, and I am so lucky to be going through the process with my fiance, Dave! Yes, you heard that right! We got engaged in December of 2022 and are currently aiming for a destination wedding!
If you take one thing away from meeting me, I hope it’s that you can achieve any goal on your list. Hard-work, kindness and a whole lot of accountability will help you manifest even the craziest of dreams. Add that 5 star resort to your list, build your dream home, open that business you're so passionate about. Because, WHY NOT?

ASHLEY
Hey friend!
I’m Ashley, co-owner of Luxe Beauty Bar, and passionate stylist behind the chair.
When dreaming up Luxe, Annie and I wanted a team that had our same values - kind, accountable, a willingness to learn, a belief in community (especially over competition,) and respectful. And I can honestly say, our little Luxe team embodies those values. These ladies are everything we envisioned for a team, and when people tell me that they can feel the welcoming vibe walking in, it’s one of my proudest accomplishments.
This year is bringing new things, as we step away from the chair a bit, and give our focus to helping educate our team, put more efforts into marketing and bringing new services and amenities to Luxe guests, and continuing to be the best we can. But that doesn’t mean you won’t see me creating dimensional brunettes and extension makeovers - I’ve really found a love for both!
When I’m not at Luxe, I’m truly a homebody at heart. I love hanging with my husband and two kids, our three dogs and other pets! When we aren’t sitting around a bonfire or having a movie night, we are chasing to every sport the kids are involved in, and while chaotic at times, I wouldn’t change it! They say this season of life goes fast, and I’m grateful to be able to enjoy every moment.

NICOLE
Hey there everyone! My name is Nicole.
I am a new graduate of Empire Beauty School in Green Bay as of June 2022. I am about to be turning 30 and going back to school for cosmetology has been a dream of mine for years, that I have finally made come true! Can't have any regrets in life, right? I am extremely excited to be Luxe's first assistant stylist! What drew me to Luxe was their strong emphasis on continued education and growth as a stylist (they seemed like a pretty fun looking group too, which makes a work day so much better). I love cutting hair and doing special occasion styles, and I cannot wait to dive more into all there is to learn about hair coloring/blonding services. I am very passionate about creating a positive and relaxing experience for every client who sits in my chair.
I am a local from T'Rivers. When I am not at work, you can pretty much catch me lounging in my big backyard with my 2 dogs and husband. We truly are those crazy dog people that treat them like our children. I love getting outdoors (except in Winter) and would love to go on vacations all the time, if the pocketbook would allow it.
I can't wait for my journey at Luxe, and am truly excited to meet and get to know each and every one of you!

AMBER
Hey Y’all, I’m Amber!
It’s crazy to think that two years ago I started my career at Luxe, and I haven’t looked back since!
These past two years I have been able to get amazing education, support and build some incredible relationships. Between the education and support from my team, I’ve been able to hone in on my passion for blonding, dimensional color and extensions! And if you know me, you know I’m kind of a goofy person, I love to make my clients laugh but also give the most relaxing and carefree experience when in my chair.
Outside of the salon, you can find me with my two fluffy children, Nova and Luna. They are full of energy and keep me on my toes! During the colder months, I enjoy going deer hunting, but that usually ends up being more nature watching. I’m a pretty free soul who loves to learn all the things, and down for anything (like spontaneous tattoos with my work fam!)
At Luxe you don’t just get your one stylist, you get a team. We are one big family who is here for you in all aspects of life, and good hair is just an added bonus!

Hello all!
I’m Liz, salon coordinator at Luxe Beauty Bar.
As a wife and mother of 3, I understand the importance of having a magical salon experience. I know how excited I get at my own appointments, knowing I’ll be walking out feeling beautiful and refreshed. Although I won’t be the one styling your hair, I’ll be the team’s back up and support to ensure your time getting pampered is relaxing and everything you’ve ever dreamed of.
In my downtime, I enjoy trying new recipes, browsing second-hand shops, hitting up wine bars and vineyards, and singing with my band, Nettle Hill.
I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this amazingly talented group of salon professionals. I look forward to meeting all of you.

Hey everyone! I’m so happy you’re here!
My name is Mariah and I have been with Luxe Beauty Bar for over a year now! I have learned and grown so much in the time that I have been here! I absolutely love education, and I’m always learning and finding ways on how to be the best that I can be. I absolutely love getting to know new people and forming new relationships! My ultimate goal is to make you feel beautiful and confident!
My absolute favorite service to provide are big transformations, full blonding and low maintenance color. However, if you put me up to a task, I will find every way to make it happen and give you exactly what you’re looking for!
When I’m not behind the chair, I love spending time with my friends and family. I grew up in the Upper Peninsula doing a lot of fishing and hunting! I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me and I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Hey everyone! I’m Abby, Salon Coordinator here at Luxe!
It has been my dream to be a makeup artist & hairstylist my whole life, and I am currently enrolled at Empire Beauty School in Green Bay! (yes, the same one as Nicole) I can't wait to learn all things in the beauty industry, especially since watching the stylists at Luxe over the last year. Once I graduate, I plan on doing the Luxe Assistant Program to further perfect my craft.
When I’m not at the salon you can find me going to drift events with my boyfriend, relaxing, & self-care days of course!
I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to be here at Luxe, to learn & grow in the industry I’ve dreamed of being in. I can’t wait to meet you all!

MADDIE
Hey Everyone, I’m Maddie!
I recently graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Appleton, and I am so excited to be here at Luxe! The beauty industry has always been super attractive to me. I love to help and make everyone feel their best. I also love to talk- so being allowed to do that all day everyday is great! Luxe stands out to me for a number of reasons, but what I love most is the inviting atmosphere and care each stylist takes while preforming services on their clients.
When I am not in the salon, I love to spend most of my time with family and friends. Some hobbies that I do would be bar league volleyball, snowboarding, and hiking! I also love to go out and see some live bands- Glam Band especially!
The services that I’ve come to love would be blonding, grey coverage, and dimensional colors! However, I’m so excited to broaden my horizons while getting to work along side some brilliant and motivating women! I can’t wait to meet you all!
