We do our best to schedule the proper amount of time for each guest. If there is a one-time late incident, we will do our best to accommodate with the time left. It is a reoccurring issue, we reserve the right to ask you to e-schedule and charge you a service fee.

We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. If we do not receive a notice in advance, you will be charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

A client no-show to their appointment will be required to pay a fee of 75% of their booked services before booking your next appointment. We also ask you to put your card on file in order to secure your next appointment.
