As Annie and Ashley, owners and stylists, we're committed to not only crafting Pinterest-worthy hair in our chairs but also sharing our extensive education, including training from industry luminaries like Britt Seva, Gina Bianca, and more, to elevate our team's skills.
Our journey from friends and independent stylists to salon owners is fueled by our complementary strengths, and now, at LBB, we can't wait to pamper you with coffee, head massages, and fabulous hair!

Hey there! I'm Nicole, and I've worked at Luxe since graduating from beauty school. What drew me was their strong emphasis on continued education and growth as a stylist (they seemed like a pretty fun-looking group, too, which makes a work day so much better :)
My favorite service is hair cutting, and I am attending as many educational classes as possible to be Luxe's cutting specialist for women and men. While cutting hair is my favorite, I also love creating your dream color to complement it! I am very passionate about making a positive and relaxing experience for every guest who sits in my chair. I am a local from T'Rivers. When I am not at work, you can pretty much catch me lounging in my big backyard with my two dogs and husband. We truly are those crazy dog people who treat them like our children. I love getting outdoors and have a new goal to vacation as much as possible to see as much of the world as I can.

Hi, I'm Maddie, a stylist at Luxe, and the beauty industry has always been super attractive to me. I love to help and make everyone feel their best. I also love people - I can't wait to get to know everyone who sits in my chair!
What I love the most about Luxe is the atmosphere and my coworkers. When I am not in the salon, I love to spend most of my time with family and friends. I love being busy, so anything peaks my interest - karaoke, gardening, bumming around town, going to live bands, anything really!

Hello all! I’m Liz, the salon manager at Luxe Beauty Bar. As a wife and mother of 3, I understand the importance of having a relaxing salon experience. Although I won’t be styling your hair, I’ll be the team’s backup and support to ensure your time getting pampered is relaxing, and I promise to provide an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere at every visit.
I enjoy trying new recipes, browsing second-hand shops, hitting up wine bars and vineyards, and singing with my band, Nettle Hill. I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this amazingly talented group of salon professionals. Hope to see you soon!

I am an apprentice through the Youth Apprentice program, and after graduation, I plan to enroll in cosmetology school to become a stylist one day.
When I am not at the front desk, I enjoy spending time with my friends, listening to music, creating art, exploring nature, and going to indie coffee shops!

Hey friend! I’m Ashley, co-owner of Luxe Beauty Bar, and a passionate stylist behind the chair. When dreaming up Luxe, Annie and I wanted a team that had the same values - kind, accountable, a willingness to learn, a belief in community and respectful. And I can honestly say, our little Luxe team embodies those values.
This year is bringing new things, as we step away from the chair a bit, and give our focus to helping educate our team, putting more effort into marketing and bringing new services and amenities to Luxe guests, and continuing to be the best we can. But that doesn’t mean you won’t see me creating dimensional brunettes and extension makeovers - I’ve really found a love for both!
When I’m not at Luxe, I’m truly a homebody at heart. I love hanging with my husband and two kids, our two dogs, and other pets! When we aren’t sitting around a bonfire or having a movie night, we are chasing every sport the kids are involved in, and while chaotic at times, I wouldn’t change it! They say this season of life goes fast, and I’m grateful to be able to enjoy every moment.

Hi, I’m Makaleigh! I started at Luxe as a Youth Apprentice Salon Coordinator, and since then, my love for the beauty industry has only grown. I went through beauty school, moved into assisting, and now I’m so excited to share that I’ll be taking some of my own appointments as part of Luxe’s hybrid assistant program! This means I will still be assisting Ashley + Annie, but also taking clients a couple of days a week:)
When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me out fishing, at a live music show, or on some kind of adventure with my furry best friend, Goose. I’m all about learning, growing, and making people feel their absolute best, and I can’t wait to see you in my chair soon!

Hello everyone! I recently joined the Luxe team as a salon coordinator. I’ve always been interested in the beauty industry, and I'm excited to learn more while working at Luxe.
Some of my hobbies include being a dog mom of two, pole vaulting, skiing, gardening, and arranging flowers. I am excited to see the team at Luxe each day, as well as be in the bubbly environment and make each client’s visit smooth and relaxing!

Hey ladies! I am so honored to not only co-own this beautiful space but to lead an incredible team to succeed in their goals! Throughout this journey, we've been evolving in our growth and elevating our guest experience. I am so lucky to be a part of not only every stylist's career at Luxe, but also in your customized hair journey.
Every girl truly brings a unique trait and skill into the salon, making us so tight-knit. With many years of business training and personal development, I've learned that my ongoing goal will be to help them grow and share that this industry is so much more than "just hair." I strive to be supportive and open, and truly believe that Luxe is the place to thrive. As I work toward limiting my hours, I have passed the torch on to our team for base touch-ups and men's cuts. I now focus solely on low-maintenance, lived-in colors and IBE hand-tied extensions. Small towns are where my heart is, but I love bringing a "big-city" salon feel to downtown Manitowoc.
Hair is only one outlet for my creativity. I love design and find so much happiness in a well-decorated home! Dave and I were fortunate enough to build our dream home in 2022, right before we celebrated our wedding in Mexico in February of 2024 with all our closest friends and family. The only things missing were our two fur babies, Chip and Maggie! I truly believe that hard work, kindness, and a whole lot of accountability will help you manifest even the craziest of dreams.
