Hey there! I'm Nicole, and I've worked at Luxe since graduating from beauty school. What drew me was their strong emphasis on continued education and growth as a stylist (they seemed like a pretty fun-looking group, too, which makes a work day so much better :)
My favorite service is hair cutting, and I am attending as many educational classes as possible to be Luxe's cutting specialist for women and men. While cutting hair is my favorite, I also love creating your dream color to complement it! I am very passionate about making a positive and relaxing experience for every guest who sits in my chair. I am a local from T'Rivers. When I am not at work, you can pretty much catch me lounging in my big backyard with my two dogs and husband. We truly are those crazy dog people who treat them like our children. I love getting outdoors and have a new goal to vacation as much as possible to see as much of the world as I can.

Hi everyone! My name is Mariah, and I am so happy that you're here and so grateful to be here! I have been a growing stylist at Luxe Beauty Bar, and have been supported through opportunities to grow as a stylist and as an individual.
Behind the chair, I am up for any challenge. I'm a lover of all things blonding, and also a sucker for a big color and extension transformation! Truthfully, I love any color transformation; give me a rich brunette or a spicy redhead, and I'll be so happy!
When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me in the kitchen cooking, snuggled up on the couch reading a good book, or spending quality time with family (or myself haha). I love creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and my future family. I also love traveling, whether it's out of state or just a day trip, I love going out and doing new things! Hi there, I'm Abby! I was Luxe's first youth apprentice and, after graduating from cosmetology school, their second assistant stylist. Hi, I’m Makaleigh! I started at Luxe as a Youth Apprentice Salon Coordinator, and since then, my love for the beauty industry has only grown. I went through beauty school, moved into assisting, and now I’m so excited to share that I’ll be taking some of my own appointments as part of Luxe’s hybrid assistant program! This means I will still be assisting Ashley + Annie, but also taking clients a couple of days a week:)
When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me out fishing, at a live music show, or on some kind of adventure with my furry best friend, Goose. I’m all about learning, growing, and making people feel their absolute best, and I can’t wait to see you in my chair soon!

Hey! I'm Jillian, one of the salon coordinators at Luxe! I am incredibly fortunate to be part of a team with such amazing women, and the beauty industry has always attracted me. I am an apprentice through the Youth Apprentice program, and after graduation, I plan to enroll in cosmetology school to become a stylist one day.
When I am not at the front desk, I enjoy spending time with my friends, listening to music, creating art, exploring nature, and going to indie coffee shops!

Hey friend! I’m Ashley, co-owner of Luxe Beauty Bar, and a passionate stylist behind the chair. When dreaming up Luxe, Annie and I wanted a team that had the same values - kind, accountable, a willingness to learn, a belief in community and respectful. And I can honestly say, our little Luxe team embodies those values.
This year is bringing new things, as we step away from the chair a bit, and give our focus to helping educate our team, putting more effort into marketing and bringing new services and amenities to Luxe guests, and continuing to be the best we can. But that doesn’t mean you won’t see me creating dimensional brunettes and extension makeovers - I’ve really found a love for both!
When I’m not at Luxe, I’m truly a homebody at heart. I love hanging with my husband and two kids, our two dogs, and other pets! When we aren’t sitting around a bonfire or having a movie night, we are chasing every sport the kids are involved in, and while chaotic at times, I wouldn’t change it! They say this season of life goes fast, and I’m grateful to be able to enjoy every moment.

Hey y’all, I’m Amber! I am a stylist at Luxe, and through the education and support from my team, I've been able to focus my passion for blonding, dimensional color, and extensions! Over the past couple of years, I have attended some amazing classes, received support both in and outside the salon, and built some incredible relationships.
If you know me, you know I’m a goofy person. I love to make my clients laugh, while also offering the most relaxing and carefree experience when in my chair. Outside of the salon, you can find me with my crazy, furry family going on adventures or thrifting for my next outfit! I'm a pretty free soul who loves to learn all things, and down for anything (like spontaneous tattoos with my work fam!)

Hello everyone! I recently joined the Luxe team as a salon coordinator. I’ve always been interested in the beauty industry, and I'm excited to learn more while working at Luxe.
Some of my hobbies include being a dog mom of two, pole vaulting, skiing, gardening, and arranging flowers. I am excited to see the team at Luxe each day, as well as be in the bubbly environment and make each client’s visit smooth and relaxing!

Hey ladies! I am so honored to not only co-own this beautiful space but to lead an incredible team to succeed in their goals! Throughout this journey, we've been evolving in our growth and elevating our guest experience. I am so lucky to be a part of not only every stylist's career at Luxe, but also in your customized hair journey.
Every girl truly brings a unique trait and skill into the salon, making us so tight-knit. With many years of business training and personal development, I've learned that my ongoing goal will be to help them grow and share that this industry is so much more than "just hair." I strive to be supportive and open, and truly believe that Luxe is the place to thrive. As I work toward limiting my hours, I have passed the torch on to our team for base touch-ups and men's cuts. I now focus solely on low-maintenance, lived-in colors and IBE hand-tied extensions. Small towns are where my heart is, but I love bringing a "big-city" salon feel to downtown Manitowoc.
Hair is only one outlet for my creativity. I love design and find so much happiness in a well-decorated home! Dave and I were fortunate enough to build our dream home in 2022, right before we celebrated our wedding in Mexico in February of 2024 with all our closest friends and family. The only things missing were our two fur babies, Chip and Maggie! I truly believe that hard work, kindness, and a whole lot of accountability will help you manifest even the craziest of dreams.
