​We offer a handful of services to our new guests to simplify it for you and make sure our team has plenty of time to give you a thorough consultation and the services requested are booked correctly. (Rushing isn’t our thing!)

THE EXPERIENCE COLOR

For new guests + full transformations. Price includes 2 of the 3 options: Custom Tone, Treatment, or Haircut. Includes wash + style.

THE ENHANCE COLOR

For partial foil or maintenance top. Price includes 2 of the 3 options: Custom Tone, Treatment, or Haircut. Includes wash + style.

THE REVIVE COLOR

For 12-15 foils and/or base color. Price includes 2 of the 3 options: Custom Tone, Treatment, or Haircut. Includes wash + style.

WONDERING WHY YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT A FORM BEFORE BOOKING?

There are a few questions we want to know ahead of time to know your hair a little bit better, make sure we have enough time, and see your inspo pics to start creating a game plan.  This step is super important to us, and only takes a few minutes to do!  

 

We also ask that you put a credit card on file - this is to protect our stylist’s time.  We aren’t charging anything to it until the time of service, and even then you can opt to use a different payment method.  Our CANCELLATION and NO SHOW policies are laid out on the form and below to make sure we are all on the same page.  All of our time is valuable, yours and ours.  

 

Once you submit your form and the appointment, a request will be sent to the stylist to confirm.  This gives us the opportunity to look at your form, the services requested, and make sure we have enough time to give you the killer service we brag about!  Every color and cut is customized and tailored for you, and notes are recorded for all future purposes.  Be prepared for a killer shampoo experience complete with a comfortable chair (one of our claims to fame!), a relaxing scalp and hand massage, and hot towels. And we don’t let anyone leave with wet hair, your stylist will complete your look with a blow dry and style, and show you all the tips, tricks and products you may need to recreate at home.

*Due to a high volume of existing guests needing evening and Saturday appointments, we can no longer accommodate new guests during those times, and if requested, the stylist will send a reschedule option during daytime hours (8 am - 4 pm Tuesday - Friday).

Your credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment, and no charges will occur until the time of your appointment.  (Guests may choose to pay cash or use a different card at the point of check out.)

ARRIVING LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT

We do our best to schedule the proper amount of time for each guest. If there is a one-time late incident, we will make every effort possible to accommodate with the time left. If it is a reoccurring issue or if you're running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to ask you to re-schedule, and 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATIONS

We require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation or any modification/change of your scheduled services. If we do not receive a notice in advance. 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file.

MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS

Repeat cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and prevent other guests from being seen. If there are 3 consecutive cancellations, we will no longer be able to secure an appointment with you, however, we will place you on a call list to be contacted with any same day openings.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If an appointment is missed, 75% of the service reserved will be charged to the card on file. After 2 no-show appointments, we reserve the right to no longer book your services at Luxe Beauty Bar.

CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS

Being a parent comes with a busy schedule, and sometimes bringing your little one along is the only option. Please know—we see you, and we appreciate you.​​ That said, to ensure the safety of your child, the comfort of other guests, and the quality of your service, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:

Our salon is an active workspace with sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals. It's not the safest place for little ones to explore freely, and their safety is our priority.

We understand that children may need a quiet distraction while waiting. Please feel free to bring something to help keep them comfortable and headphones if they are watching movies or videos.

 

 

If we can't perform your service safely or effectively due to a disruption, we may need to adjust your appointment out of care for everyone's experience.

 

This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-conscious, and stress-free space for everyone. Service dogs are welcome.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES
