As Annie and Ashley, owners and stylists, we're committed to not only crafting Pinterest-worthy hair in our chairs but also sharing our extensive education, including training from industry luminaries like Britt Seva, Gina Bianca, and more, to elevate our team's skills.
Our journey from friends and independent stylists to salon owners is fueled by our complementary strengths, and now, at LBB, we can't wait to pamper you with coffee, head massages, and fabulous hair!

ANNIE
SPECIALTY: LIVED IN COLOR, HAND-TIED EXTENSIONS, LAYERED HAIRCUTS
Hey ladies! I am so honored to not only co-own this beautiful space, but to lead an incredible team to succeed in their goals! Over the past four years, we've been evolving in our growth and elevating our guest experience. I am so lucky to be apart of not only every stylists career at Luxe, but also in your customized hair journey.
Every girl truly brings a unique trait and skill into the salon making us so tight-knit. With four years of business training and personal development. I've learned that my ongoing goal will be to always help them grow and show them this industry is so much more than "just hair." I strive to be supportive and open. I truly believe Luxe is the place to thrive. As for as my personal goals behind the chair, as I work toward limiting my hours, I have passed the torch onto our team for base touch-ups and mens cuts, I now focus solely on low-maintenance, lived-in colors and IBE hand-tied extensions. Small towns are where my heart is, but I love bringing a "bounce-big-city" salon feel to downtown Manitowoc.
Hair is only one outlet for my creativity, I love design and find so much happiness in a well decorated home! Dave and I were fortunate enough build our dream home in 2022 right before we celebrated our wedding in Mexico in February of 2024 with all our closest friends and family. The only things missing were our two fur babies Boss and Maggie! I truly believe that hard work, kindness, and a whole lot of accountability will help you manifest even the craziest of dreams. Add that 5-Star resort to your list, build your dream home, and open that business you're so passionate about. Because WHY NOT?
ASHLEY
SPECIALTY: BRUNETTES & DIMENSIONAL HAIR COLOR, BOB HAIRCUTS, BEADED EXTENSIONS
Hey friend! I’m Ashley, co-owner of Luxe Beauty Bar, and passionate stylist behind the chair. When dreaming up Luxe, Annie and I wanted a team that had the same values - kind, accountable, a willingness to learn, a belief in community and respectful. And I can honestly say, our little Luxe team embodies those values.
This year is bringing new things, as we step away from the chair a bit, and give our focus to helping educate our team, putting more effort into marketing and bringing new services and amenities to Luxe guests, and continuing to be the best we can. But that doesn’t mean you won’t see me creating dimensional brunettes and extension makeovers - I’ve really found a love for both! When I’m not at Luxe, I’m truly a homebody at heart. I love hanging with my husband and two kids, our two dogs, and other pets! When we aren’t sitting around a bonfire or having a movie night, we are chasing every sport the kids are involved in, and while chaotic at times, I wouldn’t change it! They say this season of life goes fast, and I’m grateful to be able to enjoy every moment.
NICOLE
SPECIALTY: CUSTOMIZED HAIRCUTS, BLONDING, MAINTENANCE COLORS
Hey there everyone! My name is Nicole. I graduated from Empire Beauty School in Green Bay in July 2022, and have been working at Luxe ever since. What drew me to Luxe was their strong emphasis on continued education and growth as a stylist (they seemed like a pretty fun-looking group too, which makes a work day so much better.).
My favorite service is hair cutting, and I am working towards attending as many educational classes as possible in order to be Luxe's cutting specialist for women and men. While cutting hair is my favorite, I also love working to give you your dream color to go along with it! I am very passionate about creating a positive and relaxing experience for every guest who sits in my chair. I am a local from T'Rivers. When I am not at work, you can pretty much catch me lounging in my big backyard with my two dogs and husband. We truly are those crazy dog people that treat them like our children. I love getting outdoors and have a new goal to vacation as much as possible in order to see as much of the world as I can.
AMBER
SPECIALTY: LIVED IN COLOR, BLONDING, EXTENSIONS
Hey Y’all, I’m Amber! I've been a stylist at Luxe going on four years now! The past couple years, I have been able to attend some amazing classes, get support in and outside of the salon, and build some incredible relationships. Between the education and support from my team, I've been able to hone in on my passion for blonding, dimensional color, and extensions!
If you know me, you know I’m kind of a goofy person, I love to make my clients laugh but also give the most relaxing and carefree experience when in my chair. Outside of the salon, you can find me with my crazy, furry family going on adventures or thrifting my next outfit! I'm a pretty free soul who loves to learn all things, and down for anything (like spontaneous tattoos with my work fam!). At Luxe, you don't just get your one stylist, you get a team. We are one big family that is here for you in all aspects of life, and good hair is just an added bonus! I can't wait for my journey at Luxe, and am truly excited to meet and get to know each and every one of you!
MARIAH
SPECIALTY: BLONDING & DIMENSIONAL HAIRCOLOR
Hi everyone! My name is Mariah, and I am so happy that you're here! I have been a growing stylist at Luxe Beauty Bar for about three years. Luxe has been my home away from home, and I am so grateful I get to be here. I have been given so many opportunities to grow as a stylist, and as an individual.
Behind the chair I am up for any challenge. I'm a love of all things blonding, and also a sucker for a big color and extension transformation! Truthfully, I love any color transformation, give me a rich brunette or a spicy red head and I'll be so happy!
When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me in the kitchen cooking, snuggled up on the couch reading a good book, or spending quality with family (or myself haha.). I've gotten pretty big into working out and overall creating a healthy lifestyle for myself and my future family. I also love traveling whether it's out of sate or just a day trip, I love going out and doing new things! I love pampering and caring for people, so please come in, sit down, and relax for a while. Thank you all for being here and for choosing me as your hairstylist, I look forward to seeing you in my chair!
MADDIE
SPECIALTY: BLONDING
I have been a stylist at Luxe for almost two years now! The beauty industry has always been super attractive to me. I love to help and make everyone feel their best. I also love people - I can't wait to get to know everyone who sits in my chair!
Luxe stands out to me for a number of reasons, but what I love the most is the atmosphere and my coworkers. When I am not in the salon, I love to spend most of my time with family and friends. I love being busy, so anything peaks my interest - karaoke, gardening, bumming around town, going to live bands, anything really!
I love any color service whether it be blonding, dimensional, reds or all over colors - I love to connect with all my guests and getting to do their hair is a big bonus! I'm so excited to broaden my horizons while getting to work alongside some brilliant and motivating women! I can't wait to meet you all!

Hello all! I’m Liz, the salon manager at Luxe Beauty Bar. As a wife and mother of 3, I understand the importance of having a relaxing salon experience. Although I won’t be styling your hair, I’ll be the team’s backup and support to ensure your time getting pampered is relaxing, and promise to provide an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere at every visit. I enjoy trying new recipes, browsing second-hand shops, hitting up wine bars and vineyards, and singing with my band, Nettle Hill. I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this amazingly talented group of salon professionals. Hope to see you soon!

SALON COORDINATOR
Hi! I'm Abby, Luxe's current assistant stylist! I was Luxe's first youth apprentice starting my senior year of high school, working the front desk, social media, and helping out withy behind the scenes of the salon. After I graduated, I attended cosmetology school for a year and right away got started with the Assistant Program, being Luxe's second assistant! After graduating, I felt there was still so much to learn and wanted to better my skills as a stylist, so I became an assistant.
When I'm not at the salon, you can find me at the track with my boyfriend for his drift events, reading/watching movies, and spending time with my four kitties. I also really enjoy personal care, plants, and decorating.
You'll find me helping the stylists with your services, getting hands-on learning to truly get the experience of being a luxury stylist. I'm so grateful for the opportunities Luxe has given me and the talented ladies that I get to work with and learn from. Can't wait to get to meet you all!
MAKALEIGH
SALON COORDINATOR
Hey! I'm Makaleigh, Salon Coordiantor at Luxe! I joined the team February of 2023, and it has been AMAZING! Being around my favorite people almost everyday for the last year has brought me so much happiness. And with being the youngest, I've learned many things too!
I started as Luxe's apprentice through the Youth Apprenticeship program and was able to graduate high school early! With that wonderful opportunity, I became a cosmetology student at The Salon Professional Academy in April. After I graduate, I plan to work as a stylist behind the chair and I couldn't be more excited. I have always been interested in the beauty industry and I knew this was the right path for me because my favorite thing ever is to make people smile and feel good about themselves.
A little more about me besides my salon dreams... I love summer, especially doing summer activities with the people I love. You will see me behind a fishing pole, boat while tubing, sunset, or the wheel taking a road trip! You might catch me going to visit my three sisters that live in three different cities, or at some sort of concert!
