Your credit card must be placed on file to book an appointment, and no charges will occur until the time of your appointment. (Guests may choose to pay cash or use a different card at the point of check out.)
ARRIVING LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT
We do our best to schedule the proper amount of time for each guest. If there is a one-time late incident, we will make every effort possible to accommodate with the time left. If it is a reoccurring issue or if you're running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to ask you to re-schedule, and 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file.
We require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation or any modification/change of your scheduled services. If we do not receive a notice in advance. 50% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file.
Repeat cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and prevent other guests from being seen. If there are 3 consecutive cancellations, we will no longer be able to secure an appointment with you, however, we will place you on a call list to be contacted with any same day openings.
If an appointment is missed, 75% of the service reserved will be charged to the card on file. After 2 no-show appointments, we reserve the right to no longer book your services at Luxe Beauty Bar.
